Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Virtual Course

Using examples from various sectors, this course teaches you the DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control) technique. To meet the needs of the client and eliminate variation, you will learn how to define improvement projects, work on Black Belt teams, or direct Green Belt teams in process improvement initiatives.

This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to help Black Belt project teams in implementing the concepts, practices, and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma. There will be frequent breakout sessions and some independent work outside of the virtual classroom in the setting. The statistical software Minitab will be used in this session. Minitab statistical software must be in use and be owned by each participant.

  • Minitab statistical software is required to assist the candidates to deliver successful solutions to the business. The course is structured around the use of Minitab. CI Solutions can acquire training licenses from Minitab at the direction of the client. This is 100% pass-thru (no mark-up).


  • Adobe® Reader - Version 5.0 or higher required for Meet Minitab Administrator privileges to install ASQ course software at class (recommended)

  • Materials will be provided electronically through ASQ’s secure web portal. This basic access grants participants viewing access for 365 days from the course start. In addition, participants have 3 attempts to print from these files.

  • We recommend the following enhancements. We provide a customized authenticated .pdf file for local distribution to the participants: $150 per participant.
